Factory capacity
The factory, which is equipped with two advanced automatic SMT machines and 6 production lines, covers 50, 000 square meters, more than 300 skilled & trained employees work in it. From SMT, assembly, testing and packing, we had built up a complete manufacturing system to ensure 50, 000PCS of cameras & 30, 000PCS of speakers are made every month.
R&d capability
Our booming r&d team currently has 38 experienced & professional engineers, they collaborate with each other on mechanical design, circuit design, software editting and testing. Concentrating on IP network security technology, which is regarded as the development trend in the future, our r&d team is upgrading our product line to meet your market requirements.
Quality control
Quality is the main aspect we've been focusing on since the establishment of the company, totally 45 QC staffs is assigned to each production line. The complete quality control system consists of 12 procedures including raw materials test, vibrating test, voltage test, semi-finished products inspection, 48-hour aging test, waterproof test and finished products inspection, etc, this strict system ensures the repair rate of our products less than 3‰ . All our products are CCC, CE, FCC certified, and also compliant with the RoHS directives.
